Circa relaunched the All-In Package — $400 for two midweek nights, $100 dining credit, $100 beverage credit, and a reserved Stadium Swim daybed.
Lisa booked a four-date residency at The Colosseum — November 13, 15, 21, and 28, with presales April 22–23.
Nevada sportsbooks slumped in February — handle down 4.1%, revenue down 14.4% to $35.4M on the weakest Super Bowl betting numbers since 2016.

T-Mobile Arena Turns 10 — and the Numbers Are Staggering
T-Mobile Arena is marking its first decade with roughly 1,000 events hosted, 12.6M tickets sold, and over $2B in ticket revenue — capped off this week by the Frozen Four landing on its ice.
The building opened without an NHL anchor and still became one of the highest-grossing arenas in the world. The Golden Knights were the accelerant, but concerts, boxing, UFC, and now college hockey prove the venue can carry almost anything. A $2B revenue building in 10 years reframes what a mid-sized arena can do in the right market — and the conversation about what the next 10 years look like once an NBA arena joins the mix is going to be a good one.
Rio Gets a New Majority Owner and Wipes the Leadership Board
Kennedy Lewis Investment Management has quietly taken over as majority owner of the Rio. Dreamscape Companies — which bought the property from Caesars in 2019 — is now a minority stakeholder, and longtime casino exec Bill McBeath was bought out entirely.
The ownership shift triggered a near-complete executive reset:
President/CEO Patrick Miller is out — Rod Turlan takes over as President and GM.
CFO Christopher Balaban is gone (reportedly to Grand Sierra Resort in Reno) — Lori Ware (previously Jamul Casino Resort) is the new CFO.
Ashley Lowe joins as SVP of Sales from M Resort.
Vince Lentini is the new SVP of Marketing.
This is a private equity firm taking the wheel of a major off-Strip property in the middle of a multi-year, multi-hundred-million-dollar renovation. The Rio sits under the Destination by Hyatt umbrella with 1,500+ remodeled rooms — it's not a distressed asset, but the quiet nature of the deal and the speed of the exec purge suggest Kennedy Lewis came in with a specific vision and wasted no time.
Relevant for us: our summer party is at the Rio on July 18, so we'll be watching how the transition plays out on the operations side very closely.
