Desert Degens “REPRESENT” Contest – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
1) Sponsor & Administrator

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with YouTube, the Rio Hotel & Casino, or any casino/hotel/restaurant/brand.
2) Eligibility
Open worldwide to individuals who are 21 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) at time of entry.
Not eligible: employees, agents, contractors, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor. Grand Prize winners of this Contest are not eligible to enter or win again.
Void where prohibited. Sponsor may require proof of age/identity/eligibility.
3) Promotion Period
The Desert Degens “Represent” contest (the “Contest”) begins January 1, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time and continues until Sponsor ends the Contest (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor may end or pause the Contest at any time by announcement on the Desert Degens YouTube channel and/or other Desert Degens media.
4) How to Enter
To enter, email [email protected] with:
One (1) photo showing you in a casino while representing Desert Degens (e.g., wearing Desert Degens apparel).
Your first name, city/state/country, and (optional) your YouTube handle.
In the email body: “I have read and agree to the Desert Degens Represent Contest Official Rules.”
No Purchase Necessary / Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
You may also enter without purchasing merchandise by emailing a photo of yourself in a casino holding a handwritten sign that says “DESERT DEGENS – REPRESENT” (or a printed Desert Degens logo), plus the information in #2–#3 above. Same odds.
Entry Limits
Limit one (1) active entry per person in the Entry Pool at any time.
Submitting multiple photos does not increase odds. Sponsor may, at its discretion, replace your prior photo with a newer one.
Incomplete entries, entries not received, or entries that violate these Rules are void.
5) Photo / Content Requirements
Your photo must be lawful and appropriate for a general audience. Sponsor may reject or remove any entry that, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, includes or depicts:
Nudity, explicit content, hate/harassment, illegal activity, or unsafe conduct
Minors
Third parties who have not consented to appear
Casino-reserved areas / security-sensitive locations
Anything that suggests Sponsor endorses or is affiliated with a casino/hotel/brand when it is not
Important: Casino policies vary. You are responsible for complying with all casino rules and all laws when taking your photo.
6) Entry Pool and Persistence
All eligible entries are stored in a running “Entry Pool” and remain eligible week-to-week during the Promotion Period until they are selected as a Weekly Finalist (defined below) or removed/disqualified under these Rules.
Your odds of becoming a Weekly Finalist and/or winning depend on the number of eligible entries in the Entry Pool at the time of selection.
7) Weekly Finalists Selection (Random Draw)
Each week, at a time convenient for Sponsor, Sponsor will select five (5) potential winners (“Weekly Finalists”) from the Entry Pool using a random number generator. The five Weekly Finalists will be featured on a future Desert Degens episode chosen by Sponsor (typically a Friday episode).
Weekly Finalists will be assigned numbers 1 through 5.
Weekly Finalists may be presented in any on-screen/order sequence, but each Finalist’s number will be clearly identified.
Removal After Selection / Re-Entry Waiting Period
Once you are selected as a Weekly Finalist (even if you do not win the Prize), your entry is removed from the Entry Pool. You may not submit a new entry for 365 days after the date you were selected as a Weekly Finalist.
If you win the Grand Prize (two-night stay + dinner), you are permanently ineligible to enter or win this Contest again, ever. Any future entries submitted by a Grand Prize winner are void.
If a selected Weekly Finalist is found ineligible or cannot be verified, Sponsor may select an alternate Weekly Finalist at random.
8) Winner Determination (Keno Method)
At the end of the episode in which the Weekly Finalists are featured, Sponsor will go to a Keno machine and play Keno until the Keno draw produces a number 1 through 5.
The first number 1–5 that appears in the Keno draw determines the winner: the Weekly Finalist with that matching number is the Contest Winner.
In the event of machine malfunction, filming/stream interruption, dispute, or any issue that impacts fairness, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, use an alternate random method to determine the winner.
9) Prize
One (1) winner per week will receive:
Two (2) complimentary nights at the Rio Las Vegas Hotel, for dates requested by winner, subject to availability (blackout dates may apply).
Dinner with Desert Degens at a restaurant of Sponsor’s choice (date/time coordinated by Sponsor).
Prize Conditions / Expenses
Winner is responsible for all travel and transportation to and from Las Vegas, Nevada, and all other expenses not expressly included (including but not limited to airfare, ground transportation, resort fees (if any), incidentals, room charges, gratuities, upgrades, additional meals, and personal expenses).
Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the winner’s requested dates but cannot guarantee availability.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be resold. No cash alternative, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Grand Prize winners are not eligible to win or participate again in this Contest.
Winner may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release.
10) Winner Notification & Verification
Winner may be announced in the episode and/or in the video description and/or on Sponsor’s website/social media.
Winner must contact Sponsor at [email protected] within 14 days of announcement and provide requested verification info. If winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or fails verification, the Prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
11) Rights Granted by Participants (Photo + Publicity License)
By entering, you grant Sponsor a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your submitted photo(s), and to use your name, image, voice, and/or likeness, in any media now known or later developed, for any purpose including advertising, promotion, and content creation, without additional compensation (unless prohibited by law).
You represent and warrant that:
You own the rights to the photo or have permission from the photographer, and
Any person appearing in the photo has consented to the above license.
12) Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, YouTube, and any involved casinos/hotels/restaurants (including the Rio) and their respective owners, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation, prize acceptance/use, or Sponsor’s use of submitted content.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures; lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; or any error in administration/announcement.
13) General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify any entry that violates these Rules, tampers with the process, uses automation, or otherwise undermines fairness. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other causes impair integrity.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
14) Privacy
Information submitted will be used to administer the Contest and for the publicity/content rights described above.
15) YouTube Disclosures
This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube. By entering, you release YouTube from liability.
16) Governing Law & Disputes
This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable U.S. federal law. Any disputes must be resolved individually (no class actions) in state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
