Member Monday

Each Monday, we pick a random paying Desert Degens YouTube Channel Member from our comments to play slots for. If we win during the session, we split our profits and send it to the lucky winner. If we lose, it costs them nothing. We do this every week and have given away thousands of dollars. (Modeled after the Freebie Friday structure.)

Every week, we put $500 in a slot machine and play it for a lucky Desert Degens Channel Member. If we win, we split the winnings with you. If we lose, it does not cost you a penny!

This promotion (“Member Monday”) is sponsored by Desert Degens.

Open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, and Germany who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.

Additional requirements:

Simply leave a comment on the current week’s Member Monday (members-only) video during the Entry Window. You may suggest a slot machine for us to play (or two or three) and we will try to pick your choice if you win, but we cannot guarantee it.

One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected via TubeBuddy from the eligible comments on that week’s Member Monday video.

If selected, you must confirm eligibility and provide accurate contact information within 7 calendar days of being contacted/announced.

Winners must come forward within 7 calendar days and email [email protected] to claim your prize.

You can only win once every 90 calendar days.

The weekly prize is a 50/50 split of the net winnings (if any) from the $500 we play on a slot machine of our choosing.

We can stop play anytime we like, regardless of how much money is in the machine. If we are up at the time we stop, we will split the winnings with the selected Channel Member.

Desert Degens will cover the $500 buy-in cost in full.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Member Monday episodes may also include Desert Degens’ separate “If We Win You Win” giveaway, which has its own trigger events and prize tiers.

If the selected Member Monday winner is eligible for an If We Win You Win payout for the same episode and a trigger event occurs, the selected winner will receive only one payout total, equal to the greater of:

Prizes do not stack; only the higher amount will be awarded.

If the machine play wins, the cash prize is split equally between Desert Degens and the winner after the cost of the buy-in and any applicable fees are deducted. If the play loses (i.e., results in zero payout), there is no prize.

Winners will be paid via Zelle, check mailed to a valid U.S. address, or Veem internationally. Desert Degens reserves the right to request additional identification or documentation before releasing the prize.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Desert Degens, which are final and binding in all respects. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is allowed. Participants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation or by use or redemption of any prize. Desert Degens reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or otherwise in violation of these rules. Any decision of Desert Degens is final.

Desert Degens and their respective affiliates, agents, and employees are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the promotion or in the announcement of the prize. Desert Degens assumes no responsibility for any technical malfunction, including, but not limited to, server or provider issues, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed computer or telephone transmissions.

By entering this promotion, you understand and agree that Desert Degens may use your name, image, voice, and/or likeness in connection with promoting this or future promotions, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

Desert Degens reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion in the event of viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond its control that corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the promotion.

Any disputes relating to this promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and resolved individually without resort to class action.
