Desert Degens Giveaway Official Rules (Through December 31, 2026) NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase, payment, or YouTube membership is not required and will not increase your chances of winning. Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

Eligibility
Open worldwide to individuals 18+ (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) with a valid YouTube account.
Excluded Countries: Giveaway not open to residents of countries under U.S. sanctions or where PayPal, Venmo, or Veem cannot legally operate.
Annual Prize Cap: No individual may receive more than $599 in total prizes from this Giveaway in any single calendar year. If a participant’s potential winnings would exceed this limit, the prize may be reduced or withheld so that the total value does not exceed $599.
Employees/agents of Sponsor and their immediate family/household members are not eligible.

Promotion Period
Start Date: September 15, 2025
End Date: December 31, 2026
Each Episode of the Desert Degens YouTube channel published during the Promotion Period has its own Giveaway entry period and winner selection.
Transitional Episodes (Recorded Before Sept 15, 2025):Certain Episodes of the Desert Degens YouTube channel were filmed prior to September 15, 2025, but published after this date. In those Episodes, viewer comments may have been selected solely at Sponsor’s discretion, and the number of comments featured may be fewer or greater than ten (10). Notwithstanding these differences, if such an Episode is published on or after September 15, 2025, any selected comments shown in that Episode will be eligible for prizes under these Official Rules, provided that a Trigger Event occurs during the Episode.
How to Enter
Comment on a past Desert Degens video of Sponsor’s choice that was published on or after September 1, 2025. Sponsor will select which video to pull entries from for each Episode.
Limit one (1) comment/entry per person per Episode. Multiple comments do not increase odds.
No purchase or membership required.
Subscriptions must be public or winners must provide proof to qualify for higher prize tiers.
Comments must comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
Selection of Potential Winners
Ten (10) commenters are selected for each Episode:
Five (5) chosen at random.
Five (5) host picks, subjectively chosen.
Limit one prize per person per Episode.
Odds depend on number of eligible entries and random/host selection process.
Prize Triggers & Prize Amounts
Prizes are awarded only if the Episode’s slot play produces one of the following:
Top Jackpot (the highest jackpot on the machine, often called “Grand”). The Grand must be at least $5,000 to qualify.
Second-Highest Jackpot (the next tier down, often called “Major”). The Major must be at least $500 to qualify.
The Desert Degens will generally call out what promos qualify on a particular machine during filming. Anything mentioned in the video supersedes everything else.
Triple Pop bonus feature (if the machine offers it).
If the machine does not include a Top Jackpot, Second-Highest Jackpot, or Triple Pop, no prizes will be awarded for that Episode.

Triple Pop: Viewer $25 / Subscriber $50 / Desert Degens Member (Level 1) $75 / Supercharged Member (Level 2) $100
Second-Highest Jackpot: Viewer $50 / Subscriber $100 / Level 1 $150 / Level 2 $200
Top Jackpot: Viewer $100 / Subscriber $200 / Level 1 $300 / Level 2 $400
Notes:
If multiple Trigger Events occur, only the highest event applies (prizes do not stack).
Maximum payout per Episode: $4,000.
Maximum a single person can win per calendar year: $599.
Subscriber/member status must be public or proven at the time of selection; otherwise, base prize applies.
Notification & Prize Fulfillment
Winners (YouTube usernames) announced in the Episode and/or in video description, pinned comment, or Sponsor’s site.
Winners must contact Sponsor at [email protected]
within 14 days of announcement.
Prizes paid via PayPal, Venmo, or Veem in USD within 30 days of verification.
Currency conversion and processor fees are the winner’s responsibility.
If none of the payment options are available, Sponsor may attempt an alternative; if not feasible, prize is forfeited.
General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify entries for rule violations, spam, fraud, multiple accounts, automation, or violations of YouTube policies.
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway for force majeure, platform failures, or fraud.
Sponsor’s decisions are final.
Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release Desert Degens, LLC and YouTube from any claims or liabilities.
To the fullest extent permitted, liability is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs.
No incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or attorneys’ fees.
YouTube Disclosures
Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube.
By entering, you release YouTube from liability.
Governing Law & Disputes
Governed by Nevada law and applicable U.S. federal law.
Venue: state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.
Disputes resolved individually; no class/representative actions.
Claims must be filed within 1 year of accrual.
Winners List & Rules Requests
Winners announced in or alongside each Episode.

Requests must be received by December 31, 2026.
Reservation of Rights
Sponsor may interpret these Rules in its sole discretion. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
