Chargers Detonate Circa Survivor
The Chargers were the “safe” favorite in Week 1 — and then lost to the Cardinals 26-14.
That one upset knocked out 7,585 Circa Survivor entries, with 8,032 total entries eliminated in Week 1.
Across Circa Survivor and the high-roller Grandissimo contest, about $10.3 million in entries were lost on the Chargers alone.
Survivor players know the pain: sometimes the chalk pick is the dangerous pick.
Oprah Is Coming to the Sphere
Oprah Winfrey is bringing a new immersive production called AHA to the Sphere.
The two-hour experience runs April 2–4, 2027, blending live speaking, music, film, poetry, and other art forms.
This is not a normal concert residency. It is another sign that Sphere is becoming a home for one-of-one event productions you cannot see anywhere else.
F1 Road Closures Are Already Starting
The Las Vegas Grand Prix is not until November 19–21, but the road headaches have already started.
Work is happening on Harmon, Koval, and Las Vegas Boulevard, with bigger closures coming in October and race week.
That is the yearly F1 tradeoff: major tourism attention for Vegas, but weeks of disruption for the people who live, work, and drive around the Strip.
